Rates

Prices per night/apartment for basic occupancy of 2 people.
(Execption: Stadler Suite - basic occupancy of 4 people).
The minimum stay is 4 nights
each additional person 50€ per night
Infants up to the age of 3 stay for free, from 4-14 years we charge 30 euros per day.
Final cleaning included
Additional cleaning possible on request and will be charged with an extra charge of € 40.00.
If you stay longer than 7 nights, the additional cleaning is free of charge.
The laundry, such as towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
The accommodations are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m.
Dogs are not allowed.
Credit and EC cards are not accepted.

When booking, a deposit of 30% is due. The remaining payment is to be made shortly before arrival.

All of our apartments have balconies and high quality furniture and materials. Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are included. The final cleaning is included in the price.
Bread delivery service on request is included. We are happy to bring you an organic breakfast basket with regional products every morning for a fee.
